Traditional NHS primary care services are under unprecedented strain. Few NHS practices can offer a true ‘named doctor’ service, while ‘total triage’—where patients must complete a form to see a GP—is becoming standard, and appointments are often brief and difficult to secure.

As an independent practice, although we adhere to the same clinical standards and regulatory oversight, we are able to provide greater flexibility, including a GP-led service, extended appointments, and same-day access.
