Who we designed our subscriptions for?
A Butterfield Clinic subscription is designed for individuals or families seeking direct access to experienced and named GPs.
By becoming a subscriber, we’ll register you at the clinic and maintain an ongoing record for you.
The Basic subscription is designed for individuals looking to use Butterfield Clinic services on an ad hoc basis alongside other care provision. Premium & Elite subscribers are generally looking to move their day-to-day GP or Doctor care to Butterfield Clinic.
When you first join, we ask that you come in for an initial consultation to meet your named GP and provide us with your medical history. We then welcome you to use the clinic for any health concern – whether that be a referral, medication review, a blood test, a new health issue, a flu jab, an annual medical, or something else.
Should you retain your NHS GP registration?
Private general practice offers an alternative path for those seeking more personalized primary care services. These practices are typically run and staffed by GPs who provide comprehensive, lifelong care to their patients. In a single GP appointment, you may receive a consultation, undergo tests such as an ECG, have blood drawn, arrange a referral, and receive a prescription. As your GP gets to know you over time, they can work with you to achieve optimal health and wellness in the broadest sense.
What do you get as a subscriber?
Basic Members benefit from discounted rates on our services, direct access to our reception for booking, and an annual Health & Wellness consultant assessment.
In addition to the benefits of Basic Membership, Premium & Elite subscribers get up to 8 and 12 GP consultations per year, respectively, included in their Membership. These can be utilized for any health concern – be it a new issue, an existing issue, or routine screening.
We ask all Premium & Elite subscribers to visit the clinic at least once a year to keep your record updated. We’ll retain your record at the practice, and you’re welcome to direct any healthcare-related communication to us to keep your record updated. You’ll also benefit from 15% off diagnostic tests, direct access to our reception, and after-hours GP access by telephone.
In addition, Elite subscribers receive use of our Mental Health services (up to 4 sessions per annum) and access to partner gyms across the UK.
