Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Similarly, any appointments booked and paid for within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. Your booking secures a specific time slot. Once this slot has ended, the practitioner will not be able to provide further assistance without a new booking. Failure to attend your allocated time will result in the loss of your appointment fee, with no eligibility for a refund.
