I am an established GP and Medical Director with over a decade of clinical leadership experience across NHS general practice, out-of-hours and urgent care, virtual consultations, and forensic and legal medicine. Currently, I lead as Medical Director at Mountain Healthcare, overseeing clinical governance and operational performance for healthcare services nationwide. My career is built on a commitment to improving patient care, underpinned by governance and transformation expertise, and I bring senior responsibility experience as a board member, Responsible Officer, and governance lead.

My approach is both proactive and collaborative, focused on creating positive, lasting impact in complex healthcare settings. I am passionate about coaching the next generation of GPs and advancing patient-centred care, and I thrive on developing innovative solutions alongside clinical teams and executive colleagues.
